Frequently asked questions about pricing
Do I need to apply for the RUT deduction myself?
No. The RUT deduction is standard for all our private services. We handle the entire application to Skatteverket – you only pay the price after the deduction, which is already shown on your invoice.
What is included in the price?
We bring cleaning products. You need to have a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket at home. For moving, deep and viewing cleaning, we bring everything. Add-ons are agreed in the quote. VAT is included.
Is the price fixed or per hour?
Recurring home cleaning is priced per hour. Moving cleaning, deep cleaning and viewing cleaning have indicative prices; the exact price is stated in the quote.
What does the RUT deduction cover?
The RUT deduction gives 50% off the labour cost, up to 75,000 SEK per person per year. It applies to home cleaning, moving cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, viewing cleaning and vacation services. It does not apply to office or business cleaning.
How do you handle the admin?
You only have to provide your personal number when booking. We apply the deduction on the invoice, submit the application to Skatteverket and receive the rest directly from them. You never need to apply, file or follow up.
