How we work
1. Assessment
Assess fibre type, soil, prior treatments and available drying time.
2. Plan
Method, chemistry and drying time set. For fitted carpets, shifts planned around low-traffic hours.
3. Clean
Vacuum, spot treat, extract and dry. Loose rugs to the wash hall when needed.
4. Review
We propose a service interval so you are not surprised by dirty mats.

Frequently asked
How long is the drying time?
On site, 2–6 hours with quick-dry extraction. Heavily soiled carpets take longer to dry, so we plan the work for weekends or nights.
Can you swap entrance mats?
Yes, we offer service agreements with scheduled exchanges. We wash the mats in the wash hall and return them clean.
Which carpets do you handle?
Entrance mats, fitted carpets, loose rugs in wool, synthetic, viscose and mixes. Antique and sensitive rugs assessed case by case.
