These terms apply to all quotes and agreements made between Sweepit and the customer.
These sales terms apply to all price information, quotes, indications and agreements that Sweepit AB communicates to a customer or prospective customer — whether the information is delivered in writing (email, SMS, chat, web form, PDF, letter or any other digital or physical channel) or verbally (phone call, meeting or on-site visit). By accepting a price or quote, the customer agrees to these terms.
All prices, hourly rates, fixed prices, estimates and other price information that Sweepit AB communicates — in writing or verbally, through any channel whatsoever — are valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the price was communicated, unless a shorter or longer period is expressly stated in writing in the specific quote.
After 30 days, the price information automatically ceases to be valid and is no longer binding on Sweepit AB. Any reference by the customer to a previously communicated price after this period — regardless of the channel through which it was originally given — does not entitle the customer to that price. A new price must in such case be requested and confirmed in writing.
Verbal price information is, due to its nature, indicative only and is never binding on Sweepit AB until it has been confirmed in writing through a quote, order confirmation or signed agreement. In case of conflict between verbal and written information, the written information always prevails.
Sweepit AB reserves the right to revise prices and terms after the validity period based on current market conditions, cost changes (e.g. wages, fuel, materials, taxes and charges) or other relevant factors. Obvious errors in price information (typos, calculation errors or system errors) are never binding, even within the 30-day period.
The prices stated in a quote are specific to the project that the quote refers to. Prices may vary between different projects depending on:
Payment shall be made according to the terms stated in each quote. Standard terms are payment within 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of late payment, default interest will be charged according to applicable legislation.
Private customers who book via our website, phone or email have 14 days right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59). The period starts when the agreement is entered into.
If the customer asks us to start the service before the 14 days have passed, the customer waives their right of withdrawal for the part already performed and pays for that work. The customer can withdraw at any time before the assignment begins by emailing info@sweepit.se.
Cancellation of booked one-off assignments for business customers must be made at least 24 hours before the planned start. For later cancellation, a fee corresponding to 50% of the order value may be charged. In case of no-show, the full order value is charged.
Recurring service agreements have their own notice period stated in the agreement, normally three months unless otherwise agreed.
If something is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will remedy it free of charge. Inspection guarantee: if you receive a remark at the inspection and contact us within 48 hours, we return and remedy it free of charge.
In case of approved complaint, deficiencies will be rectified at no extra cost, or other agreed compensation will be offered.
