- All rooms: Window cleaning (see Window cleaning). Vacuuming and wiping skirting boards, doors, door frames, window sills, radiators, clear surfaces and wardrobe and cabinet doors. Wardrobes, cabinets and bookshelves inside and out. Sliding-door floor tracks. Dusting walls, sockets, switches and lamps. Polishing mirrors. Removing ash from tiled stoves and fireplaces. Wiping exterior doors. Vacuuming and damp wiping floors.
- Kitchen: Fridge and freezer inside and out. Stove and oven inside and out, including trays and racks. Extractor and filter, excluding carbon filters. Cabinets, shelves and drawers inside and out. Tiles and splashbacks. Under cabinets and wiping plinths. Microwave inside and out. Dishwasher inside and out. Waste-bin cupboard. Sink, taps, plug and strainer.
- Bathroom: Walls and floors. Taps, visible pipes and shower head. Degreasing and descaling walls and grout where possible. Floor drain. Shower or bathtub (you remove the bath panel yourself). Bathroom cabinets inside and out. Tap and sink. Toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer exteriors, detergent drawer and tumble dryer filter.
- Hallway: Handrails, railings and stair spindles. Hat shelf. Fuse box.
- Window cleaning (included): We clean all sides of the window panes, inside and out, provided they can be reached safely. Maximum height 3.5 metres. Skylights are cleaned if they can rotate around their axis. We do not clean from the exterior roof. Blinds and exterior window ledges are not included. Damaged windows and windows that cannot be opened normally are not cleaned. Let us know in advance.
