What does an annual service agreement mean?
When you sign our annual service agreement, your deck receives a gentle but effective treatment every year. We use a disinfecting foam treatment that penetrates deep into the wood surface and breaks down dirt and algae that have built up on top of the impregnation. The treatment keeps your deck fresh and preserves its inviting appearance.
At each visit, our operator evaluates the condition of the deck. The maintenance itself is quick and smooth – it takes about 30 minutes to apply the foam over the planks. Once the treatment has been applied, the agent works actively for nine months to break down any vegetation.
How does the treatment work?
The annual treatment begins with us spraying foam over the entire previously cleaned and impregnated deck. The foam settles as an even layer visible for about five minutes while it penetrates the wood and starts an effective decomposition process. When the dirt has dissolved, the residue is naturally washed away by weather and wind, keeping the deck clean over time.
