As a cleaning company in Majorna we work in one of Gothenburg's most characterful districts. Landshövdingehus, turn of the century buildings and small premises along the streets make different demands than new builds. HOUSING AND PRACTICAL INFO

Housing and practical information in Majorna

Majorna and Kungsladugård are known for their landshövdingehus, with a stone ground floor and wooden floors above. There are also turn of the century buildings and quiet courtyards. Many apartments keep their original character, with high thresholds, wooden floors and old windows.

Landshövdingehus usually have no lift, so we carry the equipment up the stairs. Windows are often coupled double panes with glazing bars that need to be opened to clean between the glass. The laundry room is often in the courtyard building. Streets are narrow and parking is tight, so we allow a little extra time.
