    HOUSING AND PRACTICAL INFO

Housing and practical information in Lindholmen

Lindholmen is one of the fastest growing parts of Gothenburg. Offices, tech companies and education mix here with newer residential buildings and student flats. Most buildings date from the 2000s onwards, with lifts, large windows and shared spaces.

Many apartments are small and change tenants often, which makes move-out cleaning common. Buildings often have a laundry room on site or a washing machine in the apartment. Parking is limited and often paid, so we plan the visit around the nearest garage.
