Garage cleaning
Garages collect dust, salt, sand and oil drops that get tracked into the building on shoes and tyres. We sweep and scrub regularly, bind dust and remove oil stains. Result is less wear on other surfaces.

How we work
1. Walk-through
Review garage, number of spaces, floor type and drains.
2. Plan
Frequency per task. Sweeping often monthly, scrubbing quarterly, spring clean once a year.
3. Operations
Shifts at night or on weekends so cars are not affected.
4. Review
We report oil leaks and deviations so you can engage residents or tenants.

Do cars need to be moved?
For scrubbing, yes. For sweeping a few hours is enough. We coordinate with your information channel to residents.
