    Stairwell cleaning

Stairwell cleaning is the most visible cleaning task for a housing association. We clean on a fixed weekday with the same cleaner, document in a cleaning binder per entrance and notify residents when we have been there. Lessons from safety walk-throughs are built into the routine.

We process your details according to our privacy policy.

    What we do

    • Stairs, landings, handrails, handles, mailboxes and noticeboards
    • Lift interior (floor, walls, buttons) and lift roof when needed
    • Entrance doors inside and out, mats and doormats
    • Basement corridors, bin rooms and laundry under agreement
    • Restocking of paper in baskets and toilets where present
    • Logged cleaning binder per entrance with initial and deviation
