Why an annual plan pays off

A clear annual plan means the board doesn't have to put out fires, and the cost is spread evenly across the year. It also makes it easier to compare quotes when all recurring tasks are on the same list.

Our services for housing associations can take on the whole annual plan, from stairwell cleaning to snow removal, so the board has one point of contact for everything.

    Spring and summer

    • March–April: spring cleaning of stairwells, garage and common areas
    • April: window cleaning inside and outside of the property
    • May: start of lawn mowing and flower bed care
    • June–August: ongoing supervision of outdoor environment, sand sweeping and emptying sand pockets

    Autumn and winter

    • October: leaf raking, pruning of lower vegetation and inspection of drains
    • November: snow removal and sanding agreements activated, anti-slip preparations
    • December–February: on-call readiness for snow and ice, supervision of roofs and downpipes
    • February: autumn cleaning of stairwells ahead of the spring season
