    Moving cleaning in Majorna

Move-out cleaning in Majorna differs from newer areas. In landshövdingehus and turn of the century buildings the windows are often coupled double panes with glazing bars, and every sash must be opened and cleaned on four sides. Wooden floors and old mouldings cannot take much water, and older bathrooms may have grout that needs patience. Stairwells without lifts mean we plan what we carry up. We account for this from the start so the schedule holds.

    HOUSING AND PRACTICAL INFO

Housing and practical information in Majorna

Majorna and Kungsladugård are known for their landshövdingehus, with a stone ground floor and wooden floors above. There are also turn of the century buildings and quiet courtyards. Many apartments keep their original character, with high thresholds, wooden floors and old windows.

Landshövdingehus usually have no lift, so we carry the equipment up the stairs. Windows are often coupled double panes with glazing bars that need to be opened to clean between the glass. The laundry room is often in the courtyard building. Streets are narrow and parking is tight, so we allow a little extra time.
