    Home cleaning in Majorna

Home cleaning in Majorna often means an apartment in a landshövdingehus or a turn of the century building, with wooden floors, high thresholds and a tiled stove. Homes like these need calm work and the right products. We dust mouldings and door frames carefully, use water sparingly on wooden floors and look after older bathrooms where grout and porcelain need a gentle hand. The stairwells often lack a lift, so we carry up what we need.

    HOUSING AND PRACTICAL INFO

Housing and practical information in Majorna

Majorna and Kungsladugård are known for their landshövdingehus, with a stone ground floor and wooden floors above. There are also turn of the century buildings and quiet courtyards. Many apartments keep their original character, with high thresholds, wooden floors and old windows.

Landshövdingehus usually have no lift, so we carry the equipment up the stairs. Windows are often coupled double panes with glazing bars that need to be opened to clean between the glass. The laundry room is often in the courtyard building. Streets are narrow and parking is tight, so we allow a little extra time.
