High-altitude cleaning
Dust and grime on ceilings, beams and trusses is both a fire risk and a work environment issue. We clean at height with MEWPs, scissor lifts or scaffold with fall protection. Staff hold valid lift training and fall protection training.
What we do
- MEWP, scissor lift or scaffold depending on height, access and floor
- Staff with valid lift training (Swedish Lift Council)
- Harness, line and anchor per AFS 1981:14 and AFS 2001:3
- HEPA vacuuming of trusses, beams, cable trays and ventilation
- Removal of combustible dust — important for sprinkler test intervals
- Documented work with location, height, action and deviation
How we work
1. Risk assessment
We assess height, access, floor and any activity below the work area.
2. Cordoning
Area below is cordoned or protected with tarp. Ongoing activity is coordinated.
3. Cleaning
HEPA vacuuming, with a wet step where required. Combustible dust prioritised.
4. Reinstatement
Cordon removed, final check and documentation of the work.

Frequently asked
How high can you work?
Up to 30 metres with MEWP and higher with scaffold. We coordinate with a scaffold contractor when needed.
Can we operate during the work?
Often yes, with the work area cordoned off and flow coordination. For sensitive tasks a planned stop is recommended.
What equipment do you use?
HEPA industrial vacuums, microfibre on telescopic poles, harness and line, and tarp or enclosure when needed to protect floors and equipment.
