Ventilation cleaning
Dusting and cleaning of ducts, fan rooms, switchgear and control rooms with HEPA equipment. We complement statutory ventilation inspections (OVK) with recurring cleaning that keeps airflow up and energy use down.

How we work
1. Walk-through
Review system drawing, OVK report and prior actions to prioritise the right zones.
2. Shutdown
System shut down or zoned per your routines. Coordination with facility and tenants.
3. Cleaning
HEPA vacuuming of ducts and spaces, check of filters and condensate drains.
4. Report
Photo, action log and recommendations per zone. Deviations escalated immediately.

Frequently asked
Does cleaning replace OVK?
No. OVK is a statutory inspection. Our cleaning complements OVK and keeps the system clean between inspections.
How often is needed?
Industry and kitchens every 12–24 months, offices every 24–60 months. Depends on filter class and load.
Does it disrupt operations?
We plan zone by zone so operations can continue. Parts may need a brief shutdown.
