    Remediation after incident

    Mould and damp remediation

Mould must always be combined with a moisture investigation — otherwise it returns. We handle remediation after the moisture cause is identified and fixed, with HEPA cleaning and treatment per the method specification from a moisture engineer.

We process your details according to our privacy policy.

    What we do

    • HEPA vacuuming of affected surfaces and adjacent zones
    • Treatment per method specification from moisture engineer
    • Containment with negative pressure so spores do not spread
    • PPE: P3 respirator, suit and sealed work area
    • Final check by visual inspection or measurement on request
    • Photo, action log and recommended follow-up

    How we work

    1. Moisture investigation

We do not start remediation until the moisture cause is identified and fixed by a moisture engineer.

    2. Plan

Containment, negative pressure, PPE and method set with moisture engineer.

    3. Remediation

HEPA cleaning and treatment. Materials that cannot be cleaned are removed and disposed of as waste.

    4. Final check

Visual check and measurement when needed before clearing the area.

    LAW AND STANDARD

    What we comply with

    • AFS 2014:43 Chemical work environment risks
    • AFS 2018:1 Occupational exposure limits
    • Swedish Public Health Agency guidance on microbial growth
    • Swedish Environmental Code (1998:808) for waste handling

    Frequently asked

    Is remediation enough?

No. Without a moisture investigation and fix, mould returns. We do not start until the cause is fixed.

How long is the area closed?

Depends on size. Small jobs 1–3 days, larger jobs 5–10 days including drying and final check.

    Do you clean all materials?

Hard surfaces are cleaned. Porous materials like gypsum, insulation and organic material are typically removed and disposed of as waste.
