How we work
1. Zone walk-through
Review pick, storage and load zones with your logistics lead.
2. Plan
Shifts and frequency per zone. Pick zones often daily, others 2–7 times per week.
3. Operations
Shifts per plan with action on deviation and spills directly.
4. Review
Monthly report and suggestions for flow, marking and storage improvements.

Frequently asked
Can you help with 5S?
Yes, we support 5S at floor level — marking, pallet order, cleanliness and routines. We do not run the programme, but we keep the floor to your standard.
Do you remove packaging?
Yes. Sorted per your guidelines and hauled away if needed. Quantities documented.
Does it disrupt the pick flow?
We plan shifts around low-traffic hours and night shifts to keep the pick flow up.
