Machine and production cleaning is preventive maintenance. Clean machines run cooler, stop less and switch faster. We adapt shifts and methods to your production plan, weekends, shift changes and OEE targets.

- Removal of swarf, metal powder and cutting fluid per RoHS

How we work
1. Machine mapping
Review machine park, sensitive surfaces and maintenance schedule with production manager.
2. Method per machine
Chemistry, mechanics and PPE chosen per machine. No universal methods — tables and panels need different chemistry.
3. Shifts
Shifts at handover, lunch or weekend to keep downtime low. Deviations escalated immediately.
4. Documentation
Log per machine with action, time and deviation. Photos of damage or wear you should know about.

Will cleaning disrupt production?
Almost never. We plan shifts around handovers, lunch and weekends. Deep cleaning is planned during short scheduled stops.
How are cutting fluid and swarf handled?
Per your procedures and the EU waste directive. We have our own containers for hazardous waste and document quantities per shift.
Can you open control cabinets?
Only with your electrical lead and de-energised. We have our own certified electrician for sensitive tasks.
