Tank, silo and process cleaning requires authorised staff, risk assessment and clear communication. Confined space work is regulated by AFS 2014:43 and requires entry permit, gas measurement and a watchperson outside.
What we do

- Watchperson outside with comms and evacuation plan
- Supplied-air respirator or fresh-air supply where required
- Manual cleaning or CIP supplement depending on application
- Spill liquid and sludge handled and removed as hazardous waste
- Logged work and release protocol before restart
How we work
1. Entry plan
Written risk assessment, entry permit, gas measurement and evacuation plan.
2. LOTO
Tank secured per Lock Out / Tag Out so no motion, heat or media can enter.
3. Cleaning
Manual cleaning with the right PPE. CIP supplement where it speeds up the work.
4. Release
Final check, gas measurement, sign-off and release protocol before bringing the tank online.
